We are currently seeking a Parts Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at the Grimsby branch.

Key Responsibilities:
* Working at the front counter, answering inbound calls, and serving both retail and trade customers.
* Building long-term relationships with local customers.
* Promoting offers and customer incentives.
* Reducing credits and returns by accurately ordering and sending the correct parts first time.
We are looking for someone with previous experience as a parts advisor or relevant motor trade experience. However, we are willing to train the right candidate if you have a good understanding of cars and a willingness to learn.
You should be proactive, sales-driven, and committed to providing outstanding service. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, especially in a fast-paced environment.
Occasional assistance in the warehouse, such as picking or storing products, may be required.
Knowledge of local areas and customer base is a distinct advantage.
