Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
* Work one:to:one and in small groups to support pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Help prepare engaging resources and learning spaces as a proactive Teaching Assistant.
* Assist with personal care and therapy programmes, guided by professionals.
* Encourage play, social interaction, and independence during break and lunch times.
* Use ICT to support learning and manage classroom tasks.
* Be a flexible and reliable Teaching Assistant whos ready to adapt to the needs of the day.
What Were Looking For in a Teaching Assistant:
* Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school or SEN setting.
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach : essential qualities for any Teaching Assistant.
* Strong communication skills and a good standard of written and spoken English.
