Role Description Were seeking a self-starting, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to manage and grow all aspects of our digital presence. You’ll be responsible for building brand visibility, driving online enquiries, and converting those into quality appointments for our advisers. This is a key strategic role for the business and will start on a self-employed basis, with the potential for a permanent role, including a salary and bonus structure, after 6 months of successful performance. As the business grows, you’ll be instrumental in expanding the team and will have the opportunity to explore share options after the first year. Lead Generation : Create and execute digital strategies to generate qualified leads and drive enquiries through our website, social media, and online advertising. Website Optimisation : Manage and improve the company website to increase traffic, conversions, and SEO performance. Content Creation : Plan and produce engaging content for blogs, emails, and social platforms that educate, inform, and convert. Social Media Management : Oversee all social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), ensuring consistent messaging and strategic growth. Campaign Management : Plan and run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads) within a limited budget, optimising for ROI. CRM & Lead Nurturing : Ensure leads are tracked, followed up, and effectively turned into appointments through email workflows, automation tools, and coordination with the sales team. Analytics & Reporting : Track KPIs, report on campaign performance, and adjust strategy based on data and results.
