What the Job Involves Your primary role will be to engage families as they enter the service, ensuring they feel welcome and supported. You will manage the reception area, ensuring it is a friendly and safe space for all visitors. You will handle enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing information and advice on a variety of topics. You will gather feedback from center users and maintain an up-to-date center calendar, detailing all relevant events and meetings. This is a full-time, on-site position designed to cover maternity leave, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 4:15 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, until 1st September 2026.
