In this role, you'll help supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground, and other areas, ensuring a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a calm and patient approach, and the ability to manage behaviour effectively. Experience working with children is desirable, but not essential. Reliability, enthusiasm, and a commitment to safeguarding are key.
