Service Manager
£60,000 plus car and bonus

T2M Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of a well established engineering business, for a Service Manager to lead a small, but specialist team of engineers to service industrial test and measurement equipment. The role as a Service Manager will be to provide day to day management of the service team as well as technical support to engineers and customers.
Key duties as a Service Manager:
* Leading the Service Team to deliver exceptional maintenance and service for clients.
* Liaising with customers to evaluate service requirements and provide technical support.
* Scheduling and allocating engineers for business requirements.
* Identify and communicate warranty timeframes.
* Provide quotes and costings to sales teams.
* Build expert level knowledge of products.
* Drive growth of the service team revenues through upselling.
* Ensuring Engineers have required training and resources to complete work.
* Attending client sites to provide quotes and servicing.
Requirements to be successful as a Service Manager:
* Experience in leading teams of engineers to deliver maintenance/servicing.
* Degree or similar qualifications in engineering discipline.
* Positive in communicating and presenting to customers.
* Proven as a service/maintenance engineer with industrial machinery.
* Strong operational and administrative management skills.
* Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
* Confident with IT systems: Office, SAP, and ERP systems.
This will be a hybrid role from the HQ in Warwick, a UK Driving License is essential as there will be travel to client sites when required to meet with customers and support service engineers.
