Job Description:
This role is UK-based with remote/flexible working arrangements. It is a full-time position with our client, a provider of engineering and risk management solutions, seeking a Business Development Manager to promote growth in the Renewable Energy sector, focusing on Wind, Oil, and Gas (both onshore and offshore). This is a strategic, impactful role in one of the UK’s rapidly evolving industries.
The successful candidate will build long-term client and channel partnerships, deliver tailored asset reliability and maintenance solutions, and support the transition towards a more sustainable energy infrastructure.

* Base salary from £50,000
* £5,500 annual car allowance

Responsibilities
* Develop and manage strategic relationships within Wind, Oil, and Gas sectors
* Identify new project, regional, and account opportunities to maximize growth
* Lead technical proposals and commercial bids
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
* Produce profitable quotes aligned with customer needs
* Support long-term sales strategy and pipeline growth
* Oversee technical sign-offs and peer reviews of proposals
Requirements
* Engineering degree or related field; Chartered or Incorporated status is a plus
* Experience in load monitoring or a technical/engineering environment (desirable)
* Understanding of UK renewable energy landscape, especially Wind and Oil & Gas
* Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Full UK driving license
