Remuneration and Benefits
Basic salary £50,000–£55,000 with up to £75,000 OTE. Benefits include a fully expensed hybrid or electric car and full benefits.

Responsibilities
* Field sales position promoting felt roofing, green roofing systems, bitumen membranes, hot melt roofing, cold liquid applied waterproofing, waterproof roof coatings, single ply, structural waterproofing, etc.
* Majority of time winning specifications with architects and building surveyors and other refurbishment clients such as refurbishment surveyors, local authorities, and building owners.
* Remainder of time dealing with main contractors and approved roofing contractors.
* Revenue target of £1m.
* Inherit a significant project bank to help achieve next years sales target.
* Inherit a pipeline of live projects and projects going through the tender process.
* Focus on new build projects such as commercial projects, schools, public buildings, factories, blocks of flats, etc. as well as refurbishment projects.
* Product training will be provided.
Qualifications
* Proven track record of technically focused architectural or building surveyors specification field sales.
* Strong technical focus in building envelope, route to market experience in specification; contractor or similar building/product sales background acceptable.
* Roofing experience is not essential.
* Open to building envelope associated products such as cladding, EWI, roof windows, etc. and contractor backgrounds.
* Prior experience with local authorities, building surveyors, building owners/ end users may be beneficial.
* Surveying knowledge/experience may be useful.
* Strong new build or refurbishment construction industry experience preferred.
* Highly motivated, self‑driven with a keen ambition to succeed and progress.
* Team player with a professional approach to working.
* Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills.
* Hungry to learn mentality.
