About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work closely with the class teacher to support learning across the curriculum
Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, or speech & language difficulties)
Encourage positive learning behaviours and help maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment
Support the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
Help students build confidence and achieve their full potential
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children or young people (in school or other settings)
A calm, positive and patient approach
A genuine passion for education and supporting pupil progress
Good literacy and numeracy skills
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
