About Our Client

They are looking for a Family Solicitor to join their Stockport team and work with recognised Family Lawyer.
Job Description
As a Family Solicitor your duties will include:
3. a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements.
4. Provide clear and comprehensive legal advice to clients on family-related issues.
5. Draft and review documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
6. Represent clients in court and mediation settings as required.
7. Maintain accurate records and case files, adhering to confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
8. Collaborate with colleagues within the legal department to ensure seamless service delivery.
9. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
10. Stay updated on changes in family law and related regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Family Solicitor should have at least 2+ PQE in dealing with family matters. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
