Brightwork has an excellent opportunity for a Part Time Receptionist/Administrator to join our client, a well‑established organisation at their offices on the outskirts of Edinburgh.
This is an ongoing temporary role on a part‑time working basis. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 13:00 with occasional full‑time hours to assist with annual leave cover within the team.
Responsibilities
* Meeting and greeting all visitors to the site, organising inductions and site‑specific requirements
* Booking and facilitating meeting rooms and hospitality requirements
* Arranging onward travel, including taxi and hotel bookings
* Conducting daily site walkthroughs to check cleanliness, maintenance and compliance
* Ensuring all breakout and public areas are in good order, fully stocked and prepped
* General administrative duties as required
