Sunday: 08:00 - 12:00
Wednesday: 13:00 - 17:00
Saturday: 15:00 - 19:00
Due to operational requirements, all successful Candidates will be asked to work up to full time during the weeks commencing 14th and 21st December.
This job role involves operating mechanical equipment as relevant to the job role and this means we can\t consider applications from anyone under the age of 18. This is to comply with the relevant health and safety legislation and to keep our colleagues safe in the workplace.
Responsibilities
* Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, helping keep the store running smoothly behind the scenes.
* Accept deliveries, unpack goods, and prepare crates to ensure the shop floor is fully stocked.
* Use in-store systems and tools to track deliveries, manage stock, and ensure products are where they need to be.
* Work with colleagues across the store to support a smooth operation and an inclusive environment.
* Be flexible and adapt to changing operational tasks and store needs.

To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, we are looking for colleagues who put customers before tasks every time whilst championing and promoting our brilliant products. As the face of the business, you will be the voice of our customers helping us to continually improve.
Key Accountabilities
* Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
* Training will be provided to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer
