As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day care and support of our children and young people. You will provide a nurturing and stable environment, ensuring their safety and well-being. Your responsibilities will include providing emotional support, assisting with daily activities, promoting positive behaviour, and coordinating with other childcare professionals.

Comprehensive training will be provided, with exciting potential for progression into career development.

**Salary Bracket:**

£14-£16 per hour, depending on experience.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

1. A genuine passion for working with children and young people.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3. The ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively.

4. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

5. PMVA Training certificate.

6. Right to work in the United Kingdom.

7. We do not offer sponsorship

7. QCF Level 3: Children and Young People's Workforce (or willingness to complete within one year of entering the field).

8.*Successful candidates should be willing to work within our children's home, supported accommodation and adult settings.*
