As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day care and support of our children and young people. You will provide a nurturing and stable environment, ensuring their safety and well-being. Your responsibilities will include providing emotional support, assisting with daily activities, promoting positive behaviour, and coordinating with other childcare professionals.

**Salary Bracket:**
£14-£16 per hour, depending on experience.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
1. A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. The ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively.
4. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
5. PMVA Training certificate.
6. Right to work in the United Kingdom.

7. QCF Level 3: Children and Young People's Workforce (or willingness to complete within one year of entering the field).
