The firm is seeking a Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join its Healthcare Litigation team in Harrogate. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to develop their expertise in complex clinical negligence litigation within a collaborative and specialist environment. The Role You will manage your own caseload of claims pursued against NHS Trusts and/or General Practitioners, working on a broad range of complex defendant clinical negligence matters covering all aspects of medical practice. There will also be opportunities to support Associates and Partners on high-value and sensitive claims. Key Responsibilities Pre-action investigation of claims Litigation and costs management Interviewing clinicians and drafting witness statements Instructing and liaising with medical experts Managing multi-party litigation Engaging in ADR and mediation Preparing for and attending trials What's on Offer?
