The Role
As a Structural Engineer, you'll join a collaborative, in-house design team and play a key role in delivering innovative, high-quality solutions from project inception through to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Apply in-depth knowledge of structural steelwork design, including relevant codes and design software.

Manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously, delegating where necessary.

Communicate confidently and clearly with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.

Deliver high-quality design and technical solutions while maintaining a strong commercial awareness.

Contribute to a supportive team environment, bringing leadership and initiative to every project.
What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience in structural engineering.
*
Proven experience in steelwork design and delivery.
*
Strong technical, communication, and project management skills.
*
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
Working Hours & Benefits

Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:45pm | Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm (flexible options available)
*
Total Hours: 39.75 per week
*
Summer & winter bonuses (not guaranteed, but typically awarded)

Overtime can be paid or taken as time in lieu
