Role Overview
South Lanarkshire Council is recruiting an experienced Joiner to support the delivery of various works programmes within Building Services. The role involves carrying out all associated Joinery tasks, including refurbishment and maintenance works, with a flexible approach to managing varied workloads.
Qualifications & Experience
* Trade qualifications SVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in the appropriate trade discipline
* Practical technical competencies demonstrating high-quality workmanship
* Experience working in both commercial and domestic properties within the construction industry
* Knowledge of Joinery works in Public Buildings and Schools (advantageous)
Skills & Attributes

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working to targets and timescales
* Awareness of health and safety in the workplace
