Job Responsibilities: * Promote purpose-built affordable rental schemes through multi-channel communications. * Act as a key point of contact for interested tenants. * Offer advice on affordability and income maximisation. * Arrange and support property viewings. * Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth applications, assessments, and move-ins. * Record outcomes and feedback to shape future housing strategy. * Respond to challenges calmly, especially in sensitive neighbourhood placements.
