Key Responsibilities
* Lead quality strategy and execution across multiple manufacturing facilities
* Standardize and deploy quality processes, procedures, and best practices across sites. Share Lessons Learned and Best Practices
* Drive improvements in First Pass Yield, Right First Time, defect reduction, problem solving and Cost of Poor Quality
* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards
* Lead audits, corrective and preventive actions, and structured problem‑solving activities
* Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS, and Plant Leadership to improve business performance
* Develop and coach quality teams while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical field
* 10+ years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing
* 5+ years of experience leading quality across multiple sites or in a senior quality leadership role
* Strong experience with quality systems, standard work deployment, and operational excellence
* Expertise in Lean, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies
* Strong communication, collaboration, and change leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ certification, or Lead Auditor certification
* Experience in renewable energy, electrification, or heavy manufacturing
* Experience leading digital quality or smart manufacturing initiatives
