Support the team in setting up job fairs and community events

Call or message participants to confirm attendance at courses or events

Print and prepare materials for training sessions and events

Help design and send email posters and updates about upcoming opportunities

Distribute physical posters to local venues to promote events

Keep records and complete simple admin tasks to support the team

Qualifications and Experience
A good standard of education – most importantly a willingness to learn
Good communication skills
Basic IT knowledge – MS Word, email, typing skills
Knowledge and Skills
Ability to follow instructions and ask for help when needed
Ability to work well with others and be part of a team
Ability to stay organised and manage simple tasks on your own
Ability to use a computer for basic tasks like emails, forms, databases
Ability to talk to people in a friendly and polite way
The ability to communicate in English is essential.
