Monday to Friday working hours – 07:00 to 16:30, with no weekend work

Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, managing workflow and productivity
Allocate jobs efficiently to technicians and support staff
Ensure all accident repairs meet quality standards and are completed on time
Support technicians with light MET duties as required
Monitor health and safety standards within the workshop
Maintain an organised and safe working environment
Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth workflowRequirements for the Workshop Controller position:
A minimum of 10 years’ shop floor experience within an accident repair environment
Strong knowledge of bodyshop processes, repair methods, and MET procedures
Previous supervisory or control experience is preferred
Hands-on MET technician experience is essential
Excellent organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines
Proactive approach, detail-oriented, and committed to quality
