The Job
At KASKO, we help insurance companies innovate faster. Despite the industry’s vast resources and ambition, many insurers still struggle to launch digital initiatives that truly deliver results. That’s where we come in.
As a Senior Business Developer based in the UK or Germany, you’ll drive growth across the DACH region and beyond. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where sales, consulting, and insurance innovation come together. You’ll work with insurers of all sizes to identify decision-makers and innovators, helping them modernise their products, distribution, and operations through our evolving suite of technology and advisory offerings.

What You’ll Do:
* Identify and connect with insurance companies and the right people within them - the decision-makers, innovators, and change-makers
* Design and execute targeted outreach that sparks meaningful conversations and opens new opportunities
* Prepare and deliver engaging discussions, presentations, and workshops that help insurers see what’s possible with KASKO’s technology and expertise
* Follow up on active opportunities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain clear communication throughout the sales cycle
* Prepare and respond to RFIs/RFPs, craft pitch presentations, and collaborate with the CEO and CSO on joint proposals
* Represent KASKO at events, conferences, and industry gatherings, strengthening our reputation as a trusted voice in insurance innovation
* Continuously refine outreach tactics, test new approaches, and share insights to help improve our go-to-market strategy.
We already have a full CRM of leads and a track record of outreach strategies, but we are looking for someone who can take ownership, iterate, and explore new approaches. If you are curious, entrepreneurial, and love figuring things out, you’ll fit right in.
About You:
* Fluent in English & German (additional European languages even better)
* University degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
* 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management - ideally in insurance, technology, or consulting
* Solid understanding of how insurers operate and make strategic decisions
* A genuine interest in insurance innovation, InsurTech, and new distribution models
* Proven ability to build trust and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels within a company
* Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
* Ability to translate complex insurance concepts into clear, engaging content
* Comfortable working independently, prioritising multiple projects, and thriving in a fast-paced, start-up environment
* Exemplary work ethic and a “get it done” attitude
