 
        
        As a qualified Lift Engineer you will be working on site for a high profile, prestigious client in London and expected to carry out 100% of the maintenance and service within your patch as well as any minor repairs.
Typical Day
 * Carry out 100% of the elevator maintenance and service visits of the units on site during the nights.
 * Work within your defined geographical area managing the portfolio of elevators within it.
 * Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first time fix.
 * Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation.
 * Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.
Qualifications & Requirements
 * Hold an NVQ level 3 in lift service, maintenance or repairs or significant experience in the service and maintenance of lifts.
 * Experienced Engineer with in‑depth knowledge of a variety of different brands of equipment.
 * Must have a driver’s licence.
 * Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
 * Committed professional, with safety as the priority.
 * Comfortable communicating to others.
 * Curious, adaptable, able to work alone or in a team.
 * Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
 * Flexibility is important; night working and overtime may be required.
