Who We’re Looking For
We seek a veterinary surgeon with vision and ambition to take the reins, lead a team and build a thriving practice. Key responsibilities include:
* Lead and develop the clinical team, ensuring exceptional patient care and client experience.
* Grow the clinic’s clinical services and caseload while maintaining high quality of work.
* Collaborate with part‑time specialists and the nighttime hospital for complex cases.
Qualifications and experience:
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine and registration with the RCVS.
* Demonstrated leadership or business experience is a bonus but not essential.
* Strong drive, ambition and commitment to clinical excellence.
