Reports to the CEO
The Details:
1. Oversee maintenance and optimization of e-commerce platforms to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
2. Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, promotions, and stock availability across digital channels.
3. Collaborate with external partners to resolve technical issues affecting customer experience or sales.
4. Work with partners to optimize campaigns and conversion rates, monitor budgets, and ensure ROI.
5. Implement SEO strategies, including keywords and product descriptions.
6. Track and report on digital marketing performance metrics such as traffic, conversions, revenue, and customer acquisition costs.
7. Update website navigation, homepage images, and internal linking structure.
8. Support the Brand Manager in executing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
9. Assist with email marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and cart abandonment recovery.
10. Collaborate with Customer Experience to segment the customer database for targeted marketing.
11. Work with the Social Content Producer to enhance content strategy for better search rankings and engagement.
12. Support the CEO and marketing team on special projects.
