Job Description
3. Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
4. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
5. Prepare and process payment runs while adhering to deadlines.
6. Assist with month-end closing activities and provide necessary reports.
7. Maintain organised and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
8. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to address queries effectively.
9. Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
10. Ensure all accounts payable processes comply with internal controls and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:
11. Previous experience in a similar role within the accounting and finance field.
12. Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
