This service supports young people with Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, and Autism. About You
* Essential:
o Minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential setting.
o Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (or equivalent).
o Full UK Driving Licence.
o A caring, resilient, and adaptable approach with a passion for supporting young people.
o Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins.
o Experience in a senior or mentoring role in a care setting.
o Knowledge of supporting young people with disabilities or autism.
