An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join the Hamilton Housing Team within Housing Services. As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of housing services to our customers. Therefore, you should have experience working within a housing-related environment and possess an understanding of current issues and legislation related to homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery, and dealing with anti-social behaviour.
Key Skills and Requirements
1. Excellent IT skills and the ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
2. Ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities while delivering a quality service.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of agencies.
