Job role: Project Administrator Location: Bristol Contract type: Permanent What will the role look like? Greeting internal and external guests, ensuring the sign in process is adhered too. Typing memos, action logs, event invitations, photocopying and faxing where required and ensure all are carried out in accordance with company guidelines. Manage and maintain an effective filing system, ensuring that filing is completed on a regular basis. Responding to queries from internal and external customers and screen calls. Responsible for meeting arrangements and room bookings. Build and maintain effective and productive relationships with external suppliers. General support to the office - consumables, maintenance & signage. What skills & experience are we looking for? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Good time management and self-motivation skills. Excellent organisational skills. Inspire confidence to an external audience. Proactive and professional approach.
