The Role You will provide person-centred support by: Assisting with personal care in a dignified way Encouraging daily living skills to build independence and confidence Supporting individuals to achieve their goals Following support plans and risk assessments Building positive relationships through a collaborative approachShifts Compressed full-day shifts (07:30-20:30) on a structured 4-week rotating rota. About You You are caring, reliable and motivated, with a compassionate approach, treating others with respect, working collaboratively and empowering people to live fulfilling lives. A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.
