Role Overview The company is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive sales growth by securing new large accounts across both foodservice and retail channels. This role will focus primarily on generating new business while also managing key accounts once established. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, building strong relationships with decision-makers, conducting market research, collaborating with internal teams, and representing the business at industry events. Key Responsibilities Secure new large accounts in foodservice and retail channels Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale relationship management Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends Work closely with NPD, operations, and supply chain teams to drive new project launches and ensure timely, seamless delivery to meet customer expectations.
