A well-established regional law firm seeking a Private Client Solicitor (NQ5 years PQE) to join its growing team in Bromsgrove.

The Opportunity
Youll join a sizeable and experienced Private Client team handling a broad range of matters. The role offers strong support, high-quality work and the opportunity to further develop your expertise within a collaborative division.
Your caseload will include:
* Wills
* Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Estate administration
* Creation and administration of trusts
* Supporting with marketing and business development initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ5 PQE)
* Experience managing a general Private Client caseload
* Strong commitment to client care and relationship management
* Understanding of regulatory compliance, including Law Society guidance, GDPR and Solicitors Accounts Rules
* Proactive approach to business development and cross-referrals
* Full driving licence
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering outstanding client service
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and best practice requirements
* Supporting effective file and debt management
* Contributing to marketing and business development activities
