Job Description
Your Role:
As a Scheduler, you will:
1. Match new clients with suitable care professionals based on their needs.
2. Maintain consistent schedules for clients and care professionals.
3. Facilitate introductions and shadowing for care assistants.
4. Efficiently schedule Care Assistants while ensuring flexibility.
5. Collaborate with other schedulers and care coordinators as needed.
6. Forward plan and problem solve issues that may arise.
Qualifications
About You:

7. You're positive, passionate, and motivated.
8. You thrive in team environments.
9. You have 3 years experience as a scheduler.
10. You're a driver with your own vehicle.
11. You're prepared for an Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us) and can provide references.
