MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation to recruit an Administrator to join them on an temporary basis in Wolverhampton.
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced administrators or coordinators to apply, who possess exceptional customer service and clerical skills. Ideally someone who thrives in challenging atmospheres and can remain calm under pressure.
Skills/Experience required:
Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the customers
Assessing clients' needs to ensure effective delivery
Advising and supporting the customers in resolving their queries and issues, ensuring that their expectations are managed and proactive resolutions are identified
Updating and maintain systems / records to ensure that information / data is kept up to date and accurate and that KPI's are met
Ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to so that consistent and standard practice is achieved across the organisation
Providing full administrative support to the various teams within the service
Manage and review service referral requests, rejecting, approving or seeking clarification where necessary
Investigate and respond to client enquiries and complaints ensuring that timescales are met in line with key performance indicators and complaints policy
Set up and maintain any databases, spreadsheets and systems as required
Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, to coordinate programmes of repair work improvementsSkills & Experience
Ability to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to deliver excellent customer care and valuing diversity
Skilled with using Northgate
Excellent IT skills
Experience in a role which has required good admin skills, including keyboard, telephone, IT and experience working with databases
