We are currently looking for a General Builder in the Newark area to work for a well established housing association. This is a long term, self-employed contract where you will be using your own van and tools
As the General Builder you will be responsible for:
* Brick work - repairs and re-pointing
* Wall & floor tiling
* Joinery
* External repairs
We are looking for a General Builder who:
* Has their own van
* Has their own tools
* Has relevant industry experience
* Has relevant experience within social housing
In return, the General Builder will receive:
* £21 per hour (CIS or PAYE payments available)
* Uncapped fuel allowance at 45p per mile (job to job)
* Weekly pay
* Long term work
* Overtime available
* ASAP start
