We are recruiting a skilled CCTV Service Engineer to join a long-established, family-run CCTV company specialising in the servicing, maintenance, and support of CCTV and Door Access Control systems across the UK.
This role is ideal for an engineer with strong fault-finding skills who enjoys working independently while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Service, maintain, and repair CCTV and Door Access Control systems
2. Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
3. Perform planned and reactive maintenance visits
4. Complete service sheets, reports, and job documentation accurately and on time
5. Conduct service-related surveys and warranty investigations
6. Provide first-class customer support and technical advice on-site
7. Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
8. Work independently with minimal supervision
9. Report findings, issues, and feedback to the Service Manager
Skills & Qualifications:
10. 3–5 years’ experience servicing and maintaining CCTV systems
11. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
12. Solid understanding of CCTV and Access Control systems
13. Confident working at height and in a range of environments
14. Excellent communication and customer service skills
15. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
16. Full, clean UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 2 years)
17. Basic IT skills
18. Physically fit and able to undertake manual tasks
19. DBS checked or willing to undergo a DBS check
