An experienced o9 Solution Architect responsible for shaping end-to-end planning solutions that align business strategy with functional design and technical feasibility. You will define and own the overall o9 solution architecture, translating planning requirements into scalable, future-ready designs across people, process, and platform. Acting as the key point of accountability, you will ensure consistency across modules, releases, and roadmap phases while balancing business value with system capabilities.
You will lead solution design across o9 modules (such as demand, supply, and merchandise planning), ensuring alignment in planning logic, data usage, and user experience. This includes governing design decisions, managing dependencies across teams, and supporting solution validation, go-live readiness, and ongoing optimisation. The role requires strong expertise in o9 architecture within enterprise transformation programmes, a deep understanding of planning processes, and the ability to translate complex business needs into effective, integrated solutions, with additional strength in stakeholder management, roadmap planning, and scalable system design.
