Nigel Frank International is partnered with a specialist PPM consultancy to hire a Power Platform Consultant with strong experience in Model-Driven app development. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, high-performing team delivering Microsoft-based solutions focused on task and work management.
The Role
This position is centred around building and enhancing Model-Driven Power Apps that extend Microsoft’s project and task management capabilities - particularly around Microsoft Planner and similar tools.
You’ll be working on solutions that support real-world project delivery, including areas such as task tracking, timesheets, and project governance. The role requires someone comfortable taking ownership of development and contributing to scalable, structured solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop Model-Driven Power Apps (not canvas apps)
* Work on solutions extending Microsoft Planner and related technologies
* Build applications supporting:
* Task & work management
* Timesheet functionality
* Risk, issue, and change tracking
* Project & programme registers
* Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to deliver effective PPM solutions
* Contribute to ongoing improvements and best practices within the Power Platform space
Tech Stack
* Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
* Microsoft Planner / Project for the Web
* Microsoft 365
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience building Model-Driven apps within Power Platform
* Experience working on solutions related to task/work management or PPM
* Exposure to Microsoft Planner integrations or similar accelerators is highly desirable
* Strong understanding of structured data models and business process automation
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
