Working for a firm with over 50 years experience in their field of expertise. This role is fully office based in Ilkeston and is full time, working 35 hours per week. This is your opportunity to join a small and friendly team, who pride themselves on their weing & helpful nature.
Your new role
Our client is looking for an administrator to support the fee earners within the office, with their general day to day administrative requirements. This will see youpleting duties such as:
1. Answering telephone calls
2. Assisting clients/visitors in Reception
3. Being courteous to all clients
4. Typing of all correspondence and accounts as required
5. Keeping diary records for all staff
6. Filing and archiving of files when necessary
7. Preparing out-going post
8. Assisting with the continual development of Iris database – including the creation of standard letters for mailmerge purposes
9. Processing the return of client books and records.
10. Processing client payments by credit/debit card in accordance withpliance procedures.
11. Stationery and other office supplies.
12. Ensure all Health & Safety actions for the office arepleted and records maintained and assisting the Health & Safety Administrator where necessary.
13. All other administrative duties, as required in support of fee earners and the office.
14. Maintain a diary of regular duties
15. Ensurepliance with office and different organisational bodies.
Working hours will be 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday with 1 hour for lunch. Fully office based.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you'll be a strong administrator whoes with a few years' experience under your belt. Due to the nature of this business, the presentation of your work is of upmost importance as you will be involved with a lot of correspondence, as such excellent tying capabilities are required; please be aware this is something we may test you on before submitting your CV.
