We have various exciting opportunities arising in London for Technical Business Analysts (DevSecOps), primarily on a variety of Defence, Cyber and Intelligence programmes.

We understand this is a broad area and you need not cover all the elements listed below. We are looking for individuals who are motivated to develop and grow their skill set in some of the areas below.
Typically, the candidate will be involved in one or more of the following:
1. Gathering, analysing and documenting business level requirements, processes and plans.
2. Supporting and facilitating business and technical level discussions, ensuring accurate and appropriate decisions are made.
3. Using Agile methodologies and tools (., SCRUM, Kanban, JIRA, Confluence) to manage projects efficiently and transparently.
4. Giving support to Bids, Research and Delivery including technical planning and estimation.
5. Defining and writing clear and concise business requirements and taking through to acceptance.
6. Working in Agile teams, in a role such as Business Analyst or Product Owner and acting as the voice of the Customer/Business
7. Using analytics for data-driven insights to inform and support strategic decisions
8. Integrating, deploying and accepting enterprise software applications into live operational use.

Required skills, qualifications and experience
Understanding of DevSecOps principles and working within a multi-disciplined teams delivering a common objective.
We are looking for individuals who have a technical and business background and can provide specialist support to both areas where and when required to ensure the correct business and mission outcomes are attained.
The ability to be the technical point of contact and lead for a team of engineers and developers, providing clear guidance and vision.
We would love to hear from you, especially if you have any of the following Qualifications or Certifications:
9. Certified Product Owner or Scrum Master, AgileBA, AgilePM
10. IIBA Certifications - Agile, Cybersecurity and Business Data Analytics
11. BSC Business Analysis Certification - Foundation, Practitioner, Professional, Consultant or Expert
12. Certified Business Analyst Professional
