Key Responsibilities Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently and in a timely manner Generating and following up on lower value customer quotations Working with Production and Operations to ensure efficient delivery dates Keeping track of back orders ensuring the order book is delivered on time and in full. General daily administrative tasks, filing and printing of labels Being the first point of call for telephone and email enquiries and dealing with all queries promptly Cover for other roles when required Dealing with customer queries and complaint resolution Handling customer returns and arranging replacement orders or credits Assisting customers with delivery issues, order changes and general enquiries We’ll support you with: Industry-leading training Leadership opportunities Mentoring Diversity is hugely important to us.
