 
        
        # Sales Development Executive**Sales Development Executive - Kove Properties**Kove Properties is on a mission to help **10,000 people achieve financial freedom through smart, long-term property investing.** We are a values-led property company based in the North East of England, looking to do things differently.**Location:** Gateshead - Office based. **Salary:** £24,000 – £25,000 base + uncapped commission | **OTE: £45,000 – £50,000** **Hours:** Full-time (40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, flexible between 8am–6pm)### **ROLE OVERVIEW**We are growing fast, and this is an exciting time to join us. We are recruiting a driven salesperson to achieve our next stage of expansion. Our sales team is the engine that drives our investments business, and this new target-driven role will help increase our client base. revenue pipeline and meet our ambitious sales targets. This role involves overseeing the first half of the sales cycle, from lead generation and calling warm leads, evaluating leads, building relationships, and booking qualified leads into our closers’ diaries. We're seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, someone who thrives in a sales and target-driven environment, with previous experience. You'll be determined, driven, and resilient.**The Package*** Basic salary p.a: £24,000–£25,000 depending on experience* OTE of £45,000–£50,000 through uncapped commission* Pension Scheme* Flexible Working: Enjoy the freedom to balance work and life on your terms* 25 days (pro-rata if part-time) in the complete holiday year, plus additional day off for your birthday. As part of this you are required to take leave on the (non-UK Bank Holiday) days between 25th December and 1st January.* The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March.* Plus public/bank holidays* Employee will be provided with a phone and laptop* The chance to join a fast-growing property investment company with big ambitions* Ongoing training and support from experienced sales leaders**Progression Path** Top performers in this role will have the opportunity to progress into our Investment Consultant team, managing the closing part of the sales cycle and earning a higher base and OTE of £55K–£60K.**What You'll Be Doing** This sales role that involves full-cycle sales responsibility:* Generating your own leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and other outreach* Qualifying prospects* Building rapport and managing your own pipeline* Closing clients onto one of our property investment packages**Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:*** Researching and identifying potential clients (property investors)* Calling, emailing and messaging prospects to generate interest* Qualifying leads against clear criteria* Booking viable, high-quality appointments into our closers’ diaries* Hitting weekly and monthly KPIs around outreach volume and bookings* Keeping detailed notes in the CRM and updating pipelines* Working with the sales and marketing teams to optimise messaging and lead quality* Preparing weekly and monthly sales forecasts reports* Being an ambassador of the KOVE brand, understanding and promoting the company and it’s services* Continuously learning and improving**Skills and experience:** You are excited to be part of a values led property company and small team, but also motivated by personal ambition.
