I am recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a small Residential Home for the Elderly in Liverpool. The home has full staffing levels and high occupancy.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
1. Overall management of the care home
2. Staff appraisals, meetings, and disciplinaries
3. Liaising with outside healthcare professionals regarding care
4. Ensuring compliance with CQC and company policies
Requirements:
* Experience leading within a Care Home setting, either as a strong Deputy or Home Manager
* Experience working with the Elderly
* Experience with staff appraisals, meetings, and disciplinaries
* Ability to liaise effectively with outside healthcare professionals
* Commitment to maintaining a high-quality work environment
* Salary up to £40,000

* No agency staffing; full staff team
