Job Title: IT Business Analyst
Location: Birmingham (2/3 days onsite)
Salary: up to £55,000

The Role:
* Design and recommend technology-driven solutions that streamline operations, drive efficiency, and elevate the customer experience.
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Leverage data insights to inform business decisions and evaluate performance metrics.
The Candidate:
* Strong background as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in process improvement and project delivery
* Familiar with Microsoft technologies, including Azure and Microsoft 365
* Clear and confident communicator
