Salary: £38,000 + Overtime
Location: Manchester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Our client, a highly respected name in the Facilities Maintenance industry, is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team covering a site in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer seeking a stable, Monday-Friday role with variety, autonomy, and excellent benefits.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
* Electrical fault finding, testing, and minor installations
* Supporting basic multi-trade tasks when necessary (e.g., plumbing, fabric repairs)
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
What You'll Need:
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
* Experience in building services or FM environments
* Comfortable with basic multi-trade tasks
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
