Senior Brand Executive

£35,000 - £40,000 based on experience.
MCS Group is delighted to have partnered with one of the UK and Ireland's largest manufacturing companies based in Co. Tyrone to recruit a Senior Brand Executive to plan, develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns, internal communications and employee engagement.
The Senior Brand Executive will understand the importance of brand consistency in a technical, B2B manufacturing environment and will be confident working with both marketing colleagues and cross-functional teams across the Group.
Core Responsibilities
* Develop and manage Group-wide communication strategies aligned with business objectives and brand values.
* Produce clear, professional content for internal and external audiences, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
* Plan and deliver key Group events, industry exhibitions, and brand campaigns.
* Oversee messaging, presentations, and branded materials to ensure impactful representation.
* Manage external agencies and creative partners to deliver high-quality content, campaigns, and event support.
* Ensure clear briefs and efficient project execution.
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, HR, and operations to ensure brand alignment and support key business goals.
* Develop executive-level communications, internal assets, and multimedia content tailored for diverse audiences.
* Simplify technical content into accessible, on-brand messaging.
* Monitor campaign performance and engagement, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Essential Criteria:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or a related field.
* Significant experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the construction/manufacturing sector
* Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing and social media.
* Passionate and hard-working with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
