Euroresins is part of the Cathay Group. We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to promote and sell a full range of our products and services optimizing entrepreneurial result in the defined geographical area.
Key Tasks
* Maintain and increase current business in the defined geographical area in strong partnership with telesales.
* Ensure full product range is sold to all customers.
* Define and propose sales budget and achieve agreed sales budget.
* Support sales management to create accurate forecast.
* Optimize area potential and actively research for new customers.
* Build and maintain good relationship with customers to enable opportunity for growth.
* Ensure that market information is provided to telesales, purchasing and others.
* Develop action plans
* Ensure product knowledge is up to date.
* Act as a trainer for other internal staff.
* Analyse customer buying patterns.
* Resolve customer complaint handling.
