What you'll be doing
* Look after the drawings, specifications and other documents from architects, engineers and other consultants, checking and processing them in a timely manner
* Issue the construction drawings, specifications and other information
* Work closely with architects, engineers, other consultants and contractors
* Manage the enquires and applications for statutory service companies, local authorities and other external bodies
* Collaborate with colleagues across Planning, Commercial, Construction and Sales teams
* Assist with production of sales information, including plans and technical sales specifications for brochure, and work with Sales and Legal teams to prepare for the sales launch
* Support the team by maintaining records and process for Building Regulations and other statutory bodies, and building warranty provider
* Provide back-up and support to the Technical Managers and other members of the team
* Take responsibility for the technical information required for conveyancing purposes and issue to Customer team
* Assist with checking of apartments during construction against brochure information and maintain a tracker of divergences
* Assist with management of customer changes, liaising with Sales and Customer teams, consultants and Construction team to update construction information
What you'll bring
* HNC / BTEC (or equivalent)
* Experience working with on residential developments, ideally apartment schemes in urban locations, with concrete frame construction
* Working knowledge of Building Regulations, detailing and construction methods

The standard default full-time working hours in the office are 8am-5pm with core working hours 9am-4pm.
