Is always willing to help others and encourages the development of others. • Is reflective and celebrates success, always learning and improving and monitoring progress over time. • Has proven leadership skills with evidence of maintaining strong practices and identifying and driving school improvement. • Possesses excellent people management skills with the ability to effectively manage school resources, including the school budget.
