We are looking for a Housing Key Worker to join our team in the St Ann's area of Nottingham.
\n
You will be working closely with our customers to develop, deliver and co-ordinate housing management and well-being support to a small number of Families who have experienced multiple disadvantage. You will join a small, dedicated team who are passionate about supporting Customers working with a Trauma Informed Approach.

You will play a key role inducting new Customers to the service, providing advice and guidance to prepare them for independent living in their own tenancy.
