ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Director to act as the operational heartbeat of Reflo’s in-house marketing team — a sharp executor, systems builder, and team enabler. You’ll ensure our creative ideas translate into high-performance execution, delivering brand and commercial goals on time, on budget, and at a world-class standard.
This role is part project manager, part process designer, and part strategist. You’ll work closely with the co-founder and team leads to build clarity, remove bottlenecks, manage resourcing, and track performance. You’ll bring the precision of an agency, the flexibility of a startup, and the mindset of a modern operator — someone fluent in AI tools, digital workflows, and marketing performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Own cross-functional marketing project delivery — from idea to execution — across brand, content, creative, social, PR, experiential, and eCom
* Translate big-picture ideas into actionable timelines with clear owners, outcomes, and dependencies
* Implement and maintain marketing workflows using tools such as Asana, Notion, Airtable, or equivalent
* Set and track marketing KPIs across all disciplines, ensuring visibility and accountability throughout the team
* Own quarterly marketing planning cycles, helping prioritise focus and allocate resources effectively
* Produce regular reporting for the leadership team on team progress, performance, and campaign health
* Build scalable and repeatable marketing processes across briefs, approvals, campaign rollouts, and post-mortems
* Identify and integrate AI tools to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance creative delivery
* Manage marketing budgets and resourcing across internal teams, freelancers, and agencies
* Foster a culture of responsibility, collaboration, and operational excellence
* Work closely with the co-founder to keep strategy aligned and momentum high
ABOUT YOU
ESSENTIALS
* 10+ years in marketing operations, project management, or integrated marketing roles
* Experience both brand-side and agency-side is a strong advantage
* Strong understanding of how integrated marketing campaigns are built and delivered across multiple channels
* Highly organised and detail-oriented — able to manage complex, fast-moving projects without dropping a plate
* Proficient in digital project management tools (e.g. Asana, Notion, Trello, Airtable)
* Analytical and outcome-focused — fluent in KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting to senior stakeholders
* Commercially aware — capable of managing budgets and ensuring marketing ROI
* Curious and future-minded — with working knowledge of AI tools and how they can improve creative team performance
* Collaborative leadership style with the ability to empower and elevate cross-functional teams
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
* A passion for sport is essential
* Experience in the apparel industry is a bonus
